The first 45 minutes of this class consists of Mat Pilates which focuses on activating and strengthening targeted muscle groups in order to promote a more balanced body. Mat Pilates will be taught by company member, Emmi Small.
The second half of class will be Modern Technique led by Emily Duggins Ehling. This portion of class will consist a series of technical progressions that will not only get you connected into the the floor, but also moving and grooving.
