Michelle Parkhurst is a contemporary dance artist and choreographer formerly based in New York City and currently in St. Louis! Originally from Buffalo, New York, she began dancing at a young age and continued on to SUNY Brockport, graduating in 2020 with a BFA in Dance. She has performed works by Doug Varone, Rosylande LeBlanc, Tammy Carrasco and Cameron McKinney. She has performed at Dixon Place, Triskalion Arts, Mark Morris Studios and the TADA Theater to name a few. She danced with Chutzpah dance and DanceKerr and Dancers in New York. Outside of performing she also is exploring her own choreographic interests. She is excited to dance with Resilience Dance Company along with teaching at Pure Barre.
